I’m forever grateful and appreciative of Rob because I wouldn’t have made it to be 1st Team All State, Metro Player of the year, NCAA D1 single game assist leader and now a Professional Athlete without the countless hours we have put in the gym together.
What separates Rob from so many other trainers I’ve worked with is his attention to detail and understanding of each individual player’s game.

Benefit of working out in a group setting: In a group, your child will learn broader team concepts, communication skills, and adaptability while sharing experiences and building camaraderie with others who share their passion for the game.
What is the benefit of working out in pairs?
Benefit of working out in pairs: Working out in pairs fosters collaboration, friendly competition, and mutual encouragement, allowing your child to push themselves further while having a partner for support and motivation during training session
Can I drop into a class?
Yes! As long as class size allows you can always drop into any class.
Does age matter for joining classes?
Our classes will be based on grade and skill levels. More advanced classes will be identified at registration.
Does skill level matter for joining a class?
Classes will be open to everyone. They will move at a faster pace. More advanced classes will be identified at registration.
Do packages expire?
Packages expire after 8 months.
Is there a late cancellation policy?
Yes. If you need to cancel a workout it needs to be 24 hours in advance notice. You will be charged for half the workout. No shows will be charged the full amount.
